Orders & delivery
Physical orders leave the studio within three working days. Delivery estimates are estimates; customs duties outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unread physical books may be returned within thirty days for a refund of the item price. Signed and numbered editions are final sale.
Digital goods
eBooks and workbooks are licensed for personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed or used to train automated systems.
